A regency lady’s wardrobe

I recently completed several garments for Perry’s Victory and International Monument- a national park in Put in Bay, Ohio. They are beginning a historical interpretation program this year and needed garments to attend a War of 1812 commemoration this month. I put together a basic Regency Era lady’s wardrobe for two of their interpreters. Here are some images:

Day Wear:

Regency era fitted shift or chemise

I love the fitted style shift under Regency garments because they do not twist or bunch under your gowns!
(Plus they are a bit longer for more coverage under those sheer Regency dresses!)

Matching bonnets:

Regency era bonnet
(One of my favorites!)

Evening Wear:

Regency era ball gown

I absolutely love this color combination. This dress was super fun to design!

This dress is light as a feather! 100% silk tissue!
