Custom Order garments:
Custom order garments are completed on first come- first serve scheduling. Please contact us for current availability. Our completion time for ONE special order garment averages 5-10 business days. Orders needed earlier than our average completion time are subject to an additional 30% rush order fee. We operate under limited production hours June-July-August so please expect longer than average turn around times during these months.
Please use our Custom Size Measurement Form for your orders. Custom size orders will only be added to the queue when ALL forms are received. Orders modified after we have begun building your garments are subject to a 30% convenience fee.
Fabric Swatches:
Fabric swatches (2″x2″) may be ordered for a fee of $2.50 each plus postage. (We do NOT offer swatches on fabric LOTS as these are typically deeply discounted bundles.)
Legal:
Susan Jarrett, owner of Maggie May Clothing, maintains the exclusive, absolute and perpetual right, title, and interest in all intellectual and artistic works comprising, appearing, or used in any and all affiliated programs produced in connection with a production. A $75.00 royalty fee may be assessed per garment with a maximum fee of $500.00 per costume set.
Once Custom Size Measurement Forms have been submitted, you are contracting services with Susan Jarrett, owner of Maggie May Clothing for the production of custom size garment(s). Orders modified after we have begun building your garments are subject to a 30% convenience fee.
We do not offer discounts nor do we offer sample garments.
Payment terms:
Payment is due in full at the time of order. Orders not paid in full within 10 days of order date will be subject to cancellation. We do not accept partial payments. We currently accept Debit/Credit Cards, Paypal, and Checks. All payments are nonrefundable.
Recipient Shipping:
If you would like your garments shipped via your UPS customer account (domestic only), please provide your UPS account ID number at the time of order and we will be happy to schedule a pick up for your order. We do not offer Fedex Services at this time. The customer is responsible for all shipping and courier fees. Merchandise is shipped Surepost or Ground with insurance unless Express Delivery has been requested in advance. A signature may be required at the time of package delivery. Shipping dates are estimates not guarantees. MMC is not responsible for the timeliness of delivery services. To avoid missed deadlines, please plan your order in advance. MMC is not responsible for lost or mis delivered packages.
