Pattern Details:
The lady in the yellow dress is wearing a loose-fitting bodice with bishop sleeves. The front closes with covered buttons that match the ribbon trim on the cuffs and flounce and gloves. The bodice is fitted into a waistband with gathering or pleating. The original fabric is an open weave, light weight, silk and cotton.
The lady in the plaid dress wears the same bodice but has chosen a fitted bodice with a one piece peg-top sleeve. The front of her bodice fastens with hooks and eyes. The bodice is fitted into a waistband with gathering or pleating. The original fabric is a light weight, soft wool.
The skirt can be gathered and flounced, knife-plaited or double inverted box-pleated.
