The Emily Dress is cut in the traditional style of the 1830s. Inspired by both original gowns and period fashion plates, the Emily dress features large gigot sleeves, a tightly fitted bodice, and a moderately fully skirt. The skirt is pleated into a fitted waistband that attaches to the bodice. Hemmed to the ankle, the Emily dress embodies the silhouette of the Early Romantic Period.

Shown over a corded petticoat and extra full petticoats (not included but recommended).
