
How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly via our website or you can call us and order over the phone. Please have your full order details and payment information ready when placing an order over the phone. We do not accept orders via text message.

Is it safe to give you my credit card number over the phone?
Yes! All credit card orders are processed via Stripe- our secure/SSL payment gateway. We NEVER save, share, or sell any of your personal or credit card information.
How do I know if my order was received?
You will receive a confirmation of your order immediately after completing the checkout process. Additionally, you will receive a direct email from Maggie May Clothing with estimated ship dates and any possible questions we may have.
How long does it take to receive a custom size order?
Estimated completion times vary by garment. Custom size garments are filled on a first come-first serve basis. Please note, we typically book 2+ months in advance on custom size garments so please calculate this into your expected delivery dates.
Can I get my order faster than what is specified?
Yes. You can. Completion of rush order garments requires placing your order ahead of orders already in queue. For this, there is an additional 30% convenience fee applied to your final sales price.
Do the items only come in the colors shown on the website?
Yes. All items are made in the fabrics and colors shown in the photographs. Exceptions include custom order only garments.
Can I order multiples of the same item?
Yes. You are more than welcome to order more than one item when available. Please note we are not a manufacturing facility and most of our garments are one of a kind. Instead, we are a network of seamstresses, makers, and artists who work in studio settings.
I do not see the style I am interested in. Can I get a different style?
As of January 2026, we are not accepting custom design projects.
Do you sell patterns for your garments?
No. We currently do not sell patterns for our designs.
Do I need to send measurements for children’s custom size garments?
Yes. Providing information like inseam length, waist measurement, hip, and chest measurement helps ensure a child’s properly fitted garment. Please refer to our measurement chart for size information.
Can I return my purchase from Maggie May Clothing?
No. All items purchased from Maggie May Clothing are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. We do our best to ensure we provide the most detailed and accurate information about each piece on our website so you know exactly what you are purchasing. Please read detail pages carefully.
