Custom Order garments:
All custom orders are completed on first come first serve scheduling. Established customers will receive priority scheduling. Please pay close attention to your garment’s DETAIL page for specific completion times. To avoid unnecessary delays or fees, please contact us for current scheduling. Rush Orders (special and custom orders needed prior to specified completion times) are subject to an additional 30% rush order fee.
To confirm your order, please submit the measurements found on our order form. Custom Orders are not confirmed until your measurements are received. You may submit your measurements via email, postal mail, or over the phone. Once your measurements are received, you are contracting services with Susan Jarrett, owner of Maggie May Clothing for the completion of custom order garment(s).
If you would like to inquire about a garment not shown in our catalog, please email us a photo or sketch of the garment you wish to recreate (please limit image size to 300K or less).
Please include information such as material choices, sizing, and estimated “need by date.” We will then issue a price quote. There is no charge for this service. Price quotes are effective for 30 days. All special order policies apply to custom garments. Custom designed garments are subject to a design fee.
If you are providing materials, please PREWASH AND PRESS all fabric prior to shipment. MMC is not responsible for shrinkage, color bleeding, or garment wear for any materials provided by clients.
Payment is due in full at the time of order. Orders not paid within 30 days of confirmation will be canceled. We currently accept Paypal, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. Paypal orders will be shipped within 2 days of payment. Orders paid by Money Order will ship out the day the money order is received. Personal Checks will be held for 2 weeks before merchandise is mailed out. Cancellation of orders must be done within 2 days of original purchase date. International brokerage fees, taxes, currency conversion fees, and any other applicable fees shall be paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs agent for more information.

We guarantee your custom garment will fit the measurements you provided on your order form. If they do not, please feel free to return your garment within 10 days for alteration at no charge (with the exception of return shipping.) All other alterations will be billed at $35.00 per hour. All custom orders are non returnable, non refundable. No exceptions.
If you are not pleased with your purchase from Maggie May Clothing, ready made and in stock items may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value within 10 days of receipt. Fabric yardage must be uncut and unlaundered and in the same condition upon delivery. No refunds will be issued. Customer shall be responsible for all return shipping fees. All custom orders are non returnable, non refundable. All hats and millinery items are non returnable and nonrefundable. No exceptions.
We currently ship all packages via UPS. We do not offer FedEx services at this time. Merchandise is shipped Surepost/Ground unless Express Delivery has been requested in advance. A signature may be required at the time of package delivery. Shipping dates are estimates not guarantees. MMC cannot control the timeliness of delivery services. To avoid missed deadlines, please plan your order in advance. MMC is not responsible for lost or mis delivered packages. All items are shipped insured. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify MMC within 10 days of packages not delivered and immediately if packages are damaged upon arrival. All packages are subject to carrier regulations.
We ship all over the world. International packages are shipped via UPS Worldwide Economy. Insurance may not be available to all locations. Packages can be tracked within US borders and territories only. International packages are subject to all customs regulations of destination country. All customs fees shall be paid by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: MMC does not operate under a EORI number. ALL customs and import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local importing agencies prior to purchase for more details.
COVID SHIPPING NOTICE: We are accepting commissions and fulfilling orders as normal. However, please be prepared for extended shipping times due to the COVID 19 Pandemic. International deliveries may be subject to delays. Please see below for up to date shipping information:
UK BUYERS: Due to changing VAT and customs regulations, we are currently processing UK orders through our ETSY shop. This will ensure all appropriate fees are collected at the time of purchase. Please email us with the items you wish to purchase. We will set up a private listings for you on Etsy and email you a link to our ETSY shop where you may complete your transaction. Thank you for your patience as we work to update our POS compliance for the UK!
EU BUYERS: For packages with a value more than €150, VAT and customs will be collected on import from the buyer by the postal carrier.
AUSTRALIAN BUYERS: Effective, September 3, 2021 the US Postal Service has temporarily discontinued shipping services to Australia due to the COVID Pandemic. Sorry but we cannot ship to Australia at this time.
