If you are purchasing directly from our website, you are doing so with the understanding:
1. You are an authorized agent for a nonprofit entity.
2. You are affiliated with a nonprofit entity (such as a volunteer for/or a non paid employee of a nonprofit organization or are a student or educator).
Please note you may be required to provide appropriate non profit/exemption documentation on purchases made from maggiemayfashions.com.
Custom size garments:
All custom size garments are completed on first come-first serve scheduling. Rush Orders are subject to an additional 30% convenience fee. To avoid unnecessary delays or fees, please contact us for current turn around times.
Custom size garment orders must include a completed custom measurement form. Your order will not be added to the queue until your completed custom measurement form is received. You may submit your measurements via email, postal mail, or over the phone. Once your measurements are received, you are contracting services with Susan Jarrett, owner of Maggie May Clothing for the completion of custom size garment(s).
If you are providing materials, please PREWASH AND PRESS all fabric prior to shipment. MMC is not responsible for shrinkage, color bleeding, or wear for any materials provided by clients.
Payment terms:
Payment is due in full at the time of order. No exceptions. We accept Debit/Credit cards, Paypal, and Checks. Check payments will be held for 2 weeks before shipment is made.
Tariffs:
Please be aware maggiemayfashions.com will not collect or pay retail sales tax, duties, import fees, or VAT on your behalf. International brokerage fees, taxes, currency conversion fees, and any other applicable fees shall be paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs agent for specific tariffs and fees for your country. MMC does not operate under a EORI number.
Returns:
MMC does not accept returns. All purchases from Maggie May Clothing are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. Please read descriptions carefully prior to purchase. We guarantee your custom size garment will fit the measurements provided on your custom measurement form. If not, please feel free to return your garment within 10 days for alteration with no charge. Any additional alterations will be billed at $75.00 per hour. The customer shall be responsible for all shipping fees.
Domestic Shipping:
We ship via UPS. We do not offer FedEx services at this time. Merchandise is shipped via Surepost or Ground with insurance unless Express Delivery has been requested in advance. A signature may be required at the time of delivery. Shipping dates are estimates not guarantees. MMC cannot control the timeliness of delivery services. Please plan your order in advance. MMC is not responsible for lost or missing delivered packages. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify MMC within 10 days of packages not delivered and immediately if packages are damaged upon arrival. All packages are subject to carrier regulations.
Additional shipping fees may be required for large/heavy packages shipped to US P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping:
International packages are shipped via the USPS. Insurance may not be available for all locations. Tracking may not be available beyond US borders. International packages are subject to all customs regulations of destination country. All import fees shall be paid by the customer.
